InstockMarket is a sustainable wholesale company with a focuss on the hospitality market. We rescue products from farmers & producers and sell them via www.instockmarket.nl to restaurants, hotels and caterers. We currently work together with 200 suppliers and we deliver products to 600 chefs/restaurants. Our 1700m2 Food Rescue Center is located in Diemen. Our goal is to reduce food waste with 5 million kilos per year by 2025.

Since 2014 we launched three restaurants, pop-up restaurants, catering services, two cooking books and various circular products such as beer & granola. In 2020 we've decided to close down our catering company, the restaurants in Utrecht & The Hague and in april 2022 the restaurant in Amsterdam. This decision was made to solely focus on the prevention of foodwaste and the opening of our wholesale in hospitality.

We started Support Your Locals because of the lockdown during covid-19. A disaster for the food service industry, but also for small food producers that couldn't deliver their beautiful products to food service anymore. We collaborated with a few local entrepreneurs, to create a new destination for these products: people's doorsteps! In 8 months time we've packed over 50.000 boxes. Both for individuals as for organizations that want to give their employees something extra for their hard work and flexibility.
