Daarbij is hij heel goed in het delen van verantwoordelijkheden en creëert hij eigenaarschap bij de verschillende managers binnen het bedrijf. Ik heb 4,5 jaar met ontzettend veel plezier met/voor Bart gewerkt. We currently work together with 200 suppliers and we deliver products to 600 chefs/restaurants. Our 1700m2 Food Rescue Center is located in Diemen. Our goal is to reduce food waste with 5 million kilos per year by 2025.

In 2020 we've decided to close down our catering company, the restaurants in Utrecht & The Hague and in april 2022 the restaurant in Amsterdam. This decision was made to solely focus on the prevention of foodwaste and the opening of our wholesale in hospitality.
