The Service Manager is the linking pin between NXP IT and the External Service Providers regarding Enterprise Application Services for Operations, Maintenance and Developments.Manage as contractholder one or more (outsourcing) contracts with the ESP and assure that the service delivery towards the business partners is as agreed in the Customer SLA. Monitor and evaluate the contract and performance of the ESP on service levels, costs, quality and compliance.Manage the relationship with the internal customer (Solution Manager, Information Officer, Business Process Owner and site management) and identify and act on changing business requirements including the change on the contract with the ESP.

As a Service Manager I am responsible for the overall service performance, the profitability and customer satisfaction of my customers. Furthermore the Service Manager operates as the internal and external escalation point for major issues concerning my customers.
