Main achievements:• Currently working on Redesign Into Omnichannel• Designed and implemented the “ Less is more” strategy which is part of the ING overall strategy 2014 and minimized and standardized customer processes (from 2200 to 200 processes), increased overal customer satisfaction and reduced the operating costs by 40%. • Responsible for the merger of Postbank N.V. and ING Bank N.V. (Tango), which merged the two leading Dutch banks into the new ING. Significant elements of this merger were: Rebranding of two leading brands, product rationalisation, redesign fysical distribution (e.g. branches and salesforces).

Postbank Insurance was one of the leading direct insurance companies of the Netherlands.Main achievements:• Increase in marketshare mortgages from 6% to 16% due to implementation of new mortgage-product.• Opening first Postbank shop which was model for the new branche network and ING Direct café’s.
