In my position as a team lead I checked shipments from different customers. I ensured that each client group left the premises based on their specific criteria. In addition, I ran services in the back office where I was responsible for documentation, coordinating a team of 12 logistics working together with back office employees and take part in the communication with sales.

During my graduation internship at Lely International, I performed market research in order to provide an advice for the sales strategy regarding an innovation and its implementation for the Dutch market. In addition to this i provided the company with a country analysis and recommendation about the most interesting markets within Europe.

During my internship at TUI, together with my supervisor, I was responsible for almost all activities related to Retail Marketing. Including the organisation of promotional activities in and around the stores. In addition, I was jointly responsible for translating corporate marketing into Retail concepts. This allowed me to work together with different marketing and sales departments on a daily basis. I had a coördinating role in the development and management of promotion material. I also have been able to take part in a lot of interesting projects. For example, I was allowed to organize campaigns to gather consumer data around stores and the holiday fair in the Netherlands. This enabled me to develop my planning and management skills very well.
