I'm an operations guy. As Head of Operations Belgium & France, I look after both our own and franchise parks for both brands, Landal Green Parks and Roompot. I oversee Park Operations including P&L responsibility, people management and customer care, and will be playing a role in setting up and operating new parks in both countries. Prior to joining Roompot in 2020, I spent most of my career at Thomas Cook's "in Destination Management" branch, climbing the ladder from holiday representative to heading an Operations department looking after TC's daily overseas business in a number of countries.
