Bart serves as the Vice President of Commercial Markets for Eberl Claim Services. He is experienced and enjoys the handling, coordinating and management of large multi-million dollar claims. His past experiences have afforded him numerous opportunities to not only handle claims involving multiple building locations, but also to supervise and coordinate inspection crews on large complex's and or entities such as those encountered with Independent School Districts and Universities as well as Municipalities, Counties and other Governmental Entities, and Condominium Associations. He thoroughly enjoys handling claim involving complex matters commonly encountered in High Rise Office Buildings, Hospitals, Hotel and multi-family residences; construction defects and any claim of a structural nature.
