• Support the design, engineering, start-up, optimization and life cycle management of the manufacturing production system (equipment, processes, products, components) for IVD• Intensively collaborate and partner with third party suppliers for building medical device process equipment: • Define user requirements • Challenge the equipment / component design • Prepare and lead the installation, qualification and acceptance of the manufacturing process equipment. • (Co)-own the (master) validation plan for the manufacturing environment / equipment / system, and be responsible for the execution of this plan.• Support start-up and maintenance of equipment• Process Equipment related to liquid handling systems, liquid drying systems and laser welding systems in a controlled environment • Projects • November 2015- March 2018: Scale –up and improved design for Liquid Dispensing and subassembly equipment (laser welding) • April 2018- Currently: member of Project Team for installation and qualification of new scaled up Production Line (1 Million production line). Production Line successfully Qualified and validated. Cluster owner of final subassembly processes including packaging. • CAPEX improvement projects to reduce process cycle time• Continuous improvement projects

-Introduction of New Formulation Products on spray-dry equipment. Functioning as ‘Technical Launch Integrator’ as connection between R&D and commercial operational production -Synthesis expert for daily support of Chemical Processes in the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients -Introduction of optimizations related to process, cost and quality -As a synthesis expert support outsourcing for external manufacturing for certain ‘low added value’ chemical synthesis

- Responsible for quality within a Chemical Production Plant : contact person for daily support within the plant for quality related issues respecting the GMP rules. - Lead in quality related investigations for problem solving using Process Excellence Techniques. Root-cause investigation, evaluate quality impact on commercial batches. Determination of corrective and preventive actions.- Quality expert within a expert team responsible for an optimal life cycle of a certain chemical API synthesis. - Support the Inspection Readiness of the Production site
