I start out with working 8 hours per week.

With this committee we organize business events for the associations. Here I learned to better communicate professionally with companies.

This is the bartenders committee for the community cafe. I consider bartending here more like a hobby or free time spender than a place for real personal development, but it is here for completeness.

Now that the pandemic was over, I wanted to organize a proper intro camp. There was very little experience in this committee, which is why people look over to me for how things are usually organized during past intro camps. I was quickly assigned the role of camp coordinator, this meant that at the camp I would be the main overseeing organizer.

As the intro camp didn't happen for the last 2 years, this was the next best thing, so I joined as secretary.Here I learned that I really don't enjoy being a secretary, as it is hard to both get your voice heard while also making minutes.

I knew I wanted to be in a committee this year, however I was unsure about what committee(s) I wanted to join this year, and this committee had few members and it could use my experience, so I became secretary in this committee. This role thaught me a lot about the structure of meetings and why that it is so important.

After having organized an intro camp, I thought I could make it better by becoming chairman. I had to arrange a location on my own, and inform the new committee of this, and improve the upcoming camp. Even though everything was going very well, the Corona pandemic happened, so this camp never actually ended up happening

Even though I didn't really plan for this, there was an open spot and I was asked to fill this role, after some consideration, I did. I did everything I was responsible for, but I regret saying yes, as my studies suffered under the amount of time I spent.

I wanted to get more experience in group work, so I joined a committee with more responsibilities. The intro camp was fun to organize and gave me confidence for future work and committees.

I wanted to learn things in group settings, but I was a bit unsure of myself, so I took a small role in a simple committee.

I was tasked with making unit tests for a basic programming course.

I am the main contact for two different project groups throughout this project course.

I answer students' questions during tutorials and grade their assignments

I help some first year students through their first periods of university, explain them some basic things from university and help make the transition from high school to be easier.

I helped answer questions and grade homework.
