CurrentKey words: pioneer, return management, field operation excellence management, circular economy, setting up new supply partners, explore and setting up new network in unknown territory, extensive travel, keen on low budget simple solutions increasing better circumstances for the people at work.In the 20 years plus active for PRS I started as a pioneer on extending our European Supply Chain Network, to settle for more than a decade in Spain responsible for Spain, Portugal & Turkey to re-organize the network as Region Manager on location. Back and based in the Netherlands I established a re-organization of our network in Poland, Czech and Slovakia and as the Pan European Field Operation Excellence Manager to modernize and improve our depot partners by introducing Low Budget Highly Effective Simple Sorting Lines integrated Repair Stations of our pooling products. Smaller projects like testing how to improve the stability of our products in a moving truck, showing on how to secure our products in a truck on a safe and easy way, documented in a video spread all over Europe within our network of transporters, depots reconditioned pallets as well as suppliers of new pallets.Small project was the renewal of our depot manual to focus on the activity based quality control process at our partners throughout the PRS pallet pool. Last couple of years during Covid pandemie in search of new - small and local - sawmills to secure the raw material for our products in countries like Ukraine, Romania, Hungary, and Russia; travel, visit and establish new relations.
