My passion is to help make the world a happier place to work. I first learned the value of this skill while in the United States Navy. My unintentional ability to lead with laughter and reduce stressful situations became a leadership tactic that eventually was supported and encouraged by senior officers. I have a new mission now; to help make the world a happier place to work. It is my hope that my book will ignite a spark that will inspire others to join my cause!
