My passion is to help make the world a happier place to work. Today, approximately 60% of employees worldwide are "not engaged" meaning they lack motivation and are less likely to invest effort in an organization’s goals. 25% are "actively disengaged" meaning they are flat out unhappy, unproductive and likely to spread their misery to coworkers. That means only 15% of everyone working today, wake up feeling inspired to go to work. Not only is that really sad, it’s bad for business. I work with leaders and teams on how to engage and inspire employees by keeping things light and fun, without sacrificing the seriousness of the task or goal. A little levity can go a long way when done properly. Can't find good people? When you learn to create a culture of fun, grant employees permission to laugh, and provide a sense of belonging to all, you wont have to find good people...they'll find you!-Bart
