As European Change Manager responsible for managing all aspects of the change associated with the S/4 HANA business transformation related to organization, business processes, systems and technology within the Europe region. Responsible for implementing the global change management strategy in the own region while considering region specific requirements and culture, to ensure maximizing stakeholder adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. Leading the regional S/4 HANA Business Network team, consisting of functional and site change champions, and partner with the leaders in the region to prepare the organization to identify, adopt, embrace and maximize the potential of the changes initiated by this business transformation.

• Focus on managing the relationship between the global IT organization and the global Strategic Business Units, Corporate Functions, Shared Services and Manufacturing sites. • Ensure that all requirements are identified, understood and appropriately assigned for delivery within the IT organization and collaborate with the Business to identify opportunities for IT to add Business value

Responsible for the European team of ERP specialists with the main focus on securely delivering 24/7 ERP services to support multiple business units in Europe.

Responsible for a global team of specialists in configuration of ERP systems in the area of Sales & Distribution, Transportation and Inventory Management.
