Segmatic helped in-house marketing teams get better results from their paid search advertising. I was primarily focused on client solutions - speaking to clients to aggregate their requirements and translating those into actionable projects for our in-house marketing experts to maximise our clients' business goals. These in-house experts would use a proprietary marketing technology platform. That platform would use inputs from the team to ask simple questions. The answers to those questions then prompted complex automation - building thousands of highly targeted campaigns that increase ROAS for our clients.

Took the lead on ezetop's move towards mobile - including managing the development of the both iOS and Android apps, as well as the move towards a new brand. This role also saw me take charge of ezetop's social advertising through the facebook platform. The facebook strategy that we developed included both organic acquisition through content and a focus on direct response through paid advertising.

I was asked to join Campaign for Children to work with a newly appointed board to give direction and structure to the organisation. This involved writing a strategic plan, creating key performance indicators and managing the team to ensure that the organisation was productive, rather than simply busy. A key part of the role was creating a structure whereby a number of organisations could work to the shared goal of winning the children’s referendum. This process included acting as chair of a management group that agreed the strategy for the campaign and then working to implement that strategy on a daily basis.

I lead the design and implementation of campaign strategy for Amnesty International youth groups throughout Ireland. This strategy focused on clearly defined targets and structured reviews to ensure that we were making progress towards out goals - with a special focus on communication with groups and growth strategy.

Led the campaign to elect independent candidate Stephen Donnelly to the 31st Dáil. Responsible for overall campaign design and implementation.
