Within projects I am a person who often takes the initiative to continue creative work and take some form of leadership in this. Here I use my willpower, decisiveness and motivation, I am disciplined and professional.💻 Within my Business IT & Management studies, I am trained as a consultant within the IT world and my skills are tested with various projects and challenges. Here I learn to work with ICT components such as R&D, ERP, CRM, BI, BPMS & IT service management. I also learn how to deal with situations such as change management, implementations and the development of various analyses.⏳In addition to my studies, I work as a waiter at Van der Valk Hotel Breukelen. My experience as an employee expands my people knowledge and social skills every time. Based on this position, I learn how to deal with various challenges within the hospitality industry and I also learn how the various processes work.
