In the process of development of new components for preservation media, Barex Biochemical Products uses the most advanced equipment for computer-assisted sperm analysis from Hamilton Thorne (Beverly, MA, USA).Barex's first product named Porex was launched in 2006 and was the subject of a six-year swine insemination study, which was recently published in the Open Veterinary Journal. Several other new products that prolong the storage capacity of semen preservation media and increase fertility (such as Porexcell and Matrix) have been applied successfully, and are distributed world-wide in various semen preservation media.

PHENOLIX is a company located in Enkhuizen, the Netherlands, PHENOLIX produces raw cocoa powder from raw cocoa beans based on a proprietary process.
