Responsible for delivering IT Solutions to the Vistra business (e.g. O365 roll-out), while stabilizing the infrastructure enabling further growth.

Results:• Challenging the Board and departments by measuring, analyzing, reviewing and steering KPI’s. • Developed and implemented the LBU Netherlands Strategy. • Delivered a saving of 9 Mio in optimization of procurement and over 10 Mio savings by reducing 224 contractor FTE.• Implemented new financial forecasting process and tooling improving financial predictability and stability. • Team competence improvement to trusted advisor towards the Board of T-Systems NL. • Top score on employee satisfaction. • Reports to Managing Director and Board of T-Systems NL.

Results:• Delivery of cloud, connectivity/security and digitization solutions to Shell, Philips and local customers. • Managing 100+ FTE (ICT Engineers, Developers, Consultants and Architects)/€80 Mio budget through 4 managers/departments.• Delivery of cloud, connectivity/security and digitization solutions to FrieslandCampina based on MOU, resulting in multi-year contract signing. • Implementing Heineken contract towards extension. • Near shoring local production while increasing service stability and customer satisfaction. • Increasing customer satisfaction by 40%. • High employee satisfaction score.

Results:• Responsible for connectivity service and delivery for 188 J&J sites in EMEA. • Created and implemented EMEA Connectivity Strategy. • Managing a virtual regional connectivity team (20 FTE Architects and Engineers).• Benchmarking and optimizing connectivity related services both from a service as a cost perspective with McKinsey. • Implementing Global Networking RFP and achieved on-time transition to vendor. • Released team members while ensuring service levels were met. • Received a Standards of Leadership award for total of $9 Mio achieved savings in 2007. • Developed and executed strategy for outsourcing infrastructure cabling in EMEA.

Results:• Ensuring IT infrastructure and application performance to Manufacturing/QA/ Warehouse, R&D, Medical and Regulatory Affairs, including factory expansion. • Delivered the Medical Information Center to full satisfaction of the customer and global management, resulting in a Standards of Leadership award. • Change agent for the migration of local IT departments into NCS (30 FTE). • Reduced yearly mobile phone costs by 41% and annual print costs by or 58%. • Outsourcing NCS ServiceDesk CBV.And through these results I was asked for my next position at J&J EMEA Headquarters

Results:• Manager of 40 Unix/Oracle/IP architects and engineers in a telecom/ICT environment. • Delivering implementations and 24-hour support based on SLAs with customers. • Developing and implementing SAP/Siebel applications to improve logistics processes, reduce local supplies and streamline support processes towards the customers. • Implementing e-business services for the operators together with the account teams.

Results:• Implementation of business connectivity and support to agreed service levels, e.g: o Delivery of first Frequent Flyer network, o Implementing Tape Analyzing unit for Boeing 747-300, o Managing the travel agent network, o Design and implementation of weekly fault-free network changes globally, o Managing roll-out of KLM’s frame relay network. • Setting up a new tariff structure for the networking environment. • In-sourcing of 83 office automation-, database- and business intelligence specialists from 5 locations. • Streamlining local and central support processes to enable efficiency. • Out-sourcing second-line support for the KLM Operations Control Centre. • Setting up and implementing a new function classification and rewarding structure based on Hay. • Managing the budget.
