I am engaged in a part-time assignment for TROPIQ with HAN university of applied sciences, synthesizing a molecular library for a repelling agent for malaria mosquitoes. I am involved in a project utilizing computer modeling to predict active molecules. My responsibilities include executing multi-step synthesis protocols to produce the predicted molecules, which are subsequently subjected to in vivo testing to assess their activity. The valuable insights gleaned from these experiments serve as crucial feedback to refine and improve the efficacy of the computer program. What I found most gratifying about this role was the opportunity for personal and team growth. Many of my colleagues were experiencing their first side job, grappling with the responsibilities and financial aspects that came with it. My role extended beyond task delegation; it allowed me to mentor them, aiding their personal development, and financial literacy, and nurturing their interests.

One notable accomplishment involves representing the interests of an individual with many creditors, each with diverse concerns. Normally, for traditional self-assembly of the PEG-b-PLLA system, it is difficult to fabricate uniform fiber-like micelles. In this project i introduced “living” crystallization-driven self-assembly to create uniform and controllable fiber like micelles of biodegradable PEG-b-PLLA. Afterward, we explore its potential to form block co-micelles with the isomeric forms of b-PLA. al morphologies were analyzed by me with an electric transmission microscope (TEM). My report was rewarded with a 7,5.

During this period I helped rewrite and design the training program for the store staff of Jumbo's new store structure. At that time, Jumbo had almost 700 stores that would use the new training program. My contribution is mainly in the welcome session and the start of the training. For example, I was responsible for the checklists for general information provision, QR codes, "welcome package", design, and corporate clothing registration papers.

I took on the task of identifying the exact location and extent of this degradation, unraveled its impact on the polymer chains, and conducted analyses utilizing twin extruders, tensile tests, DSC, and Rheometers
