For one of our customers in Zurich, we are implementing a complete new platform with a variety of technologies as a complete solution. As Delivery Lead, I am responsible for delivering the functional solution. This is a very interesting yet challenging program considering a team of over 700 people with several member firms working together and multiple country representatives from the customer being involved in the delivery process.

As of 2019, I'm taking up a new challenge as director at Deloitte. As part of the Supply Chain team, I will continue building and extending the SAP Ariba solution within Deloitte and guide us to become one of the leading SAP Ariba partners within Belgium and North West Europe.

As offering lead for SAP Intelligent Spend Management within Deloitte - a component of SAP's solutions for the Intelligent Enterprise - I handle the daily management and business development of Deloitte's ISM offering. SAP combines SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass and SAP Concur into a single ISM solution as we see customers go through the exercise of automating systems around travel management, employee-driven expenses, external workforce spend, and direct and indirect procurement, but not interconnecting any of these. Intelligent Spend Management is about bringing partner networks and ecosystems together to capture every source of spend, across each category, for one unified view; freeing businesses to focus on moreimportant challenges, providing true business wide benefits.

As part of my role of SAP Procurement Solution Owner, I also took the lead of our brand new SAP Ariba Solution offering. As this was newly introduced within our offering, I determined viability, analysed marketing trends, created a full business plan, market approach and marketing campaign to successfully launch SAP Ariba as one of our SAP Procurement solutions.Today, delaware is recognised by both SAP as our customers to be one of the major players on SAP Ariba in Europe.

At Delaware, my main job is to develop our SAP Procurement business at (new large) accounts and keep these customers satisfied by defining their long-term organisational strategic goals and develop a clear roadmap to achieve them. Prior to switching from our EIM solution to SAP Procurement, I did the same for our SAP xECM offering.As the customer's main contact, I build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities and negotiate and close business deals with them. To ensure high quality delivery once engaged, I actively operate as a bridge between the customer and our development and operational delivery teams.For the past years, I've been working on the BP account, developing it from a totally new account to our absolute prime account within Enterprise Information Management. In this role, I've spent most of my time abroad in London to actively build up the account. After a long pre-sales cycle and defining the roadmap along with BP, I've been managing the BP account, identifying business opportunities and revising the roadmap where necessary as well as managing all areas of technical implementations, solution development, continual service delivery and delivery improvement.From 2010 to 2013, I've basically been doing the same at Eandis, building up the account to an absolute prime account within our SAP Information Management Solution. To date, Eandis is still Delaware's biggest account.

As the BP Account Manager at delaware, I am responsible for the management of sales and relationships with BP for their SAP xECM platform, SAP Invoice Management and Archive Services. I've build this account from scratch and made it one of the absolute key accounts of delaware, ensuring BP recognises delaware for their competences and establishing a long term relationship. Next to the role of Account manager, I also acted as senior Program Manager on the account, responsible for developing their long-term organisational strategic goals and defining the roadmap to achieve them, along with my solution architects, as well as managing the 360 degree overview on the various parallel projects. For some of the major and more complex international projects, I occasionally also took the role of Senior Project Manager.

As Program Manager at Eandis, I managed all projects related to the Eandis Enterprise Information Platform, with the intention to improve their general performance while mitigating their risks.I also managed and analysed the customer's business needs in order to develop a long term strategy on Information Management within the organisation.For some of the major projects, I also acted as Senior Project Manager to deliver the project.Tasks: • Follow up project planning, schedules and resources over the various parallel EIM projects• Budget control and follow up of the Eandis account• Controlling the sponsor’s engagement• Actively identifying avoided, mitigated, transferred or accepted risks • Approving schedule & resource changes• Lessons Learned, Case Studies, Client satisfaction (mapping back to the predefined success criteria)• Wrap up lessons learned into Continuous Improvement
