With that experience in privatised markets, we are responsible for the performance of rail systems in several European countries. Strukton Rails ambition is to remain an important player in a Europe with open markets and to continue to expand. My roll as projectmanager is to lead and coordinate the work. It is important to think strategically and have a broad perspective on issues. I look at things with a long-term significance and what are wider implications and adjustments with my actions accordingly. As project manager I see risks and opportunities during the project.The role requires that I plan my work carefully and well organize and that I prioritized tasks effectively. I work well with others and relate myself to them in a responsive and motivate way, i need a team with proffesionals to do the job. As person am i outgoing and socially active in a professional context. I create contacts and maintain mine relations, now and in the future.

I am the contact person for Strukton Sweden in this European team. In a team led by the innovation manager we promote the internal Strukton innovation platform EUREKA!.On this platform we create idea challenges and my roll is to motivate my colleagues to write ideas or to submit constructive feedback on the submitted ideas and I keep my colleagues informed about the progress of the challenge. As team members we are active users of the platform as well. We submit the ideas and we invite pro-active colleagues to write feedback on ideas.After each challenge we evaluate the submitted ideas and then start internal projects to implement promising ideas in the whole company (in all country's). My roll is then to lead some of those internal projects and keep the innovation manager and the board concerned and informed about progress, budget and any problems.

We realize projects and programs from concept and design to delivery and management.In my role as projectleader had i several jobs and project-leading positions, in which I was fully reposible for as well the quality and in-time delivery of the contracted product, as well for the management of several projectsteams. In my role as designerteam-leader responsible for design-projects on heavy rail issues.I always try to have a client focus and a pro-active and fleible attitude. Coorperation is the key for every project.
