As EMEA eCollaboration Service Manager at Johnson Controls I supported the Business to ensure a qualitative and stable mail & eCollaboration environment. This included the ongoing training of about 400 Local IT contacts in most of the BU sites in EMEA on how to provide local support to the customers as well as end responsibility for the email environment (about 150.000 mail users globally). I was also heavily involved in the migration of this entire Collaboration platform to O365.My ITIL certifications certainly helped in successfully managing and improving the activities of the Service Desk in the EMEA region and building the Collaboration Service Catalog.I furthermore lead the integration of the eCollaboration platforms for EMEA during extensive M&A’s (eg: York, Keiper, …). As an example, during the York acquisition, I successfully migrated about 20.000 employees spread over more than 400 different locations within the agreed time frame.Beside M&A, one of my responsibilities also included support to the BI platform by developing automated real-time dashboards and statistics based on Excel, MS-Access and Sharepoint including presenting the monthly/quarterly results to upper management and providing recommendations for improvement.

As the SPOC between the BU’s and our provider (Yorktel) I organized the complete set-up of the Cisco Video conferencing systems and subsequent support requests.
