Bart Vanbever is passionate about fire safety.In addition to being an industrial structural engineer MSc, he achieved a PgD in "safety at work" at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) and obtained a master's degree in industrial management from the Vlekho Business School (Brussels).He was among the first who received the Fire Safety Engineer diploma at Ghent University and, together with other enthusiastic alumni and students, he founded the association Firepronet vzw.Bart gained experience in construction (with contractors, as construction manager and in building management) and at Vinçotte (audits and consulting).Bart represents Agoria on the "High Council for the Protection against Fire and Explosion" and on standardisation committees and loves to share his knowledge and experience.
