As CEO responsible for budget, annual account, compliance of CD&V.Head of study centre and political right hand of the president of CD&V. In this role I was in charge of the coordination of the negotiations to form a federal government, the organisation of party congresses and the follow up of the agenda and activities of the different governments and parliaments.

Responsible for the elaboration of the economic programme and the estimation of the budget impact of the election manifesto.Responsible for the calculation by the Federal Planning Bureau of the budget impact caused by the election programme.Daily management of study centre (12 FTE).

Responsible for Strategy & Change team. Main role: dressing up strategic plan, yearly corporate business plan, coordinating corporate roadmap in close collaboration with PMO manager, outside/in, representing the Belgian National Lottery within European Lotteries in working group "Knowledge & innovation".Achievements: creation of the Strategy & Change team (mission, role, hiring, ....), elaboration of Strategic Plan 2021

Main role: taking into account the changes of the gambling law (2010), investigating the appropriate reaction from the Belgian National Lottery, investigation of 3 business cases (sports betting, horse betting, casino games). Presenting them towards management and board. When validated, central pinpoint within the company for the creation of this new sports betting activity.

Main role: member with advisory vote of board of directors and several board committees (strategic committee, remuneration committee, audit committee) representing the Minister of Budget.

Following up parliamentary activities within the Finance & Budget Commission: dressing up parliamentary questions, draft bills, press releases, organizing press conferences, taking part in debates, ... . In charge of reaction/positioning of the parliamentary group on budget and tax policy of Belgian federal government.

Role in "Commercial Finance Department". Linking role between Finance & Business. In charge of dressing up budget and targets of regional distribution centres.
