In the meantime I am permanently at work at Nitto Europe NV. Here I have/give :1: limited support in a Citrix environment (Thin Clients)2. full user support on the Lotus Notes Domino Administrator3: blackberry support (still learning)4: AD support5. phone setup support (full admin on phone centrale Aastra)IT-wise, this firm is in a build-up phase, and it is very interesting to see, experience and be part of the buildup of the IT environment. Making it more and more professional, together with colleagues I like to work with.

Hi all,I am a second line onsite support engineer. However, i am not located at one customer's site. I serve as a backup for my other onsite Cegeka colleagues, when they become sick or take hollidays. I am also hired by customers when they need extra help, f.e. with big projects like roll-outs (new operating system, mail client roll-out etc.) The positive thing about being a backup is that you are confronted with a lot of clients who all have their own, different work environments. The hard part is the difficulty to build up a relationship with the customer. Before people can appreciate someone, they need to know that person. And that is hard when you are always coming and going. It takes more time and effort, but I love my job!

I worked in an hotel. During the Winters I was a driver (driving people that got hurt to hospital or the doctor) and conciërge. (inZinal)During Summers "gardner" and partially concierge also ... (in Sankt-Moritz)

I was in the support team for our own helpdesk, supporting all hardware and software, user management and partly responsible for phone programmation (aspect and lucent). I was involved in many roll out projects.
