Managed the daily calendar of the Operations department, focusing on staff workload & transportation schedules for both trading and event services. Liaises with clients on-site for delivery, install and breakdown of event materials for MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences & exhibitions) while managing expectations and providing excellent client service. Handles site visits and negotiations for pitches and booked events as well as keeping the company standards in place by making sure all new and existing products are in their best quality. Handles hiring & employment of operations staff and coordinating timetables for leaves and holidays.

Overall in charge of event planning, delivery, set-up and dismantle including staffing and logistics. Provides excellent sales and client services both on and off site. Manages staff workload and transportation for rentals and booked events.

Managing the hotel's reception including check in, registration & payment while making sure all guests have a great experience. Processing of reservations & guest bookings for a fast and easy transaction. Providing basic tour information & creating tourist packages for guests that is tailor-fitted for them. Handles the opening and closing of the hotel, supervising temporary staff and other hotel related tasks.
