In 2012 I graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam in the Netherlands where I majored in Marketing and Business Economics. My interests are definitely in marketing and everything that has to do with it. Since 2005 my studies are focused on marketing & communication. As you may assume, I have set up many marketing- and business plans in these years. That required a lot of market research and analytical skills. In the third year of last study, I did an internship in Toronto, Canada at Grassroots Environmental Products. I've successfully written a marketing plan for them. The experiences I have from going abroad have inspired me a lot. For this reason, I have done my minor in International Journalism to find out the relation between journalism and businesses.In my previous educations, which were also focused on marketing, I did several internships where I learned to implement different marketing strategies. In 2008, I have done a marketing related internship at Dobla BV. A company that produces chocolate decoration products which they sell worldwide. Four years later, I came back to Dobla B.V. to fullfill my final thesis, which was a great succes and led me to my graduation.My last university education has taught me how to set up a business plan and a marketing plan. Furthermore, I developed skills to perform market research and to think creatively.I still experience the advantages I have due to the fact that I have done my internship in Canada. I have become even more eager to learn about marketing and business economics worldwide. For this reason I went on a 5 month trip to South-East Asia. Just to see the other way of living and to realise how happy we should actually be with our lifes! Yet, there is still more to come!Do you want to know more about me?
