About Bart Williams

The goal of my laboratory is to develop and characterize mouse models of human disease with an emphasis on examining the role of the Wnt signaling pathway in bone disease. I am also interested in developing a program at the Van Andel Institute, the Center for Skeletal Disease Research, that willl facilitate the establishment of a research group that can make significant advances in understanding the mechanisms underlying the development of skeletal disease.Specialties: Genetically Engineered Mouse ModelsBone Disease ResearchWnt SignalingLrp5 and Lrp6
