Keppel Seghers Belgium is active in residual waste incineration projects worldwide (Waste-to-Energy, Energy-from-Waste)As a Senior Project Engineer I’m responsible for the project progress and processing of industrial equipment supply from tendering till delivery to site for equipment as:- Combustion air and flue gas fans, air and flue gas silencers and dampers, fire dampers- Dry and wet ash conveying: bottom ash, boiler ash and residue handling & transport (mechanically +pneumatically) - Auxiliary & start-up burners (oil & gas)- Incinerator feeding and combustion grates; hydraulic unitsThis job entails a very close and daily internal collaboration with departments as Process (P&ID, Design and calculation), Mechanical design, Automation, E&I dept, Purchasing & LogisticsDuring project tendering and before equipment order I’m responsible for generating the technical specifications based on the specific project requirements. In this phase I’m in contact with the suppliers for price requests (costing) and technical and commercial evaluation. Occasionally, I perform an audit at new suppliers' premises.After order the equipment and project progress follow up starts as well in house (kick-off meetings, DDS, MDR) as at the supplier for several inspections till the equipment is ready for shipment.Apart from the daily project execution I’m involved in:- Coaching new or young Project Engineers- Standardization of internal documents- Process improvement projects: PE and project progress and follow up, project reporting templates, issue management & lessons learnt, document process flow

- Functional analyst for Peoplesoft - CRM Project- Link between business and project team CRM- Writing specifications, providing master data, developing structure for Spare Parts Program- Writing manuals, providing training abroad, give support to key users

- Consulting in selection for condensers, ice storage and spare parts.- Offering standard solutions and special developments for projects- Aftermarket specialist

- Implementation Order-By-Order Production method- Plant Production Scheduling- Configuring BOM's all orders

- Handling all complaints under warranty- Planning and providing solutions, material and technicians- Frequent customer contact- Site inspection
