Global Training And Demonstration Executive
Current• Development of all training tools for various environments including writing training manuals and devising e-Learning modules. • Devising the concepts and producing training materials such as demo tables, uniform and ‘how to’ demo guides.• Plan, arrange and (if required) deliver product training for the full Kenwood product range as and when required to a given brief. This includes product availability, recipe selection, ingredient ordering and arranging room layout. Some overseas travel may be necessary.• Support for Braun hand blender training including asset development as required by HQ team in Frankfurt.• Create PowerPoint presentations to support training & demonstrations.• Organise the twice yearly Kenwood International Inductions at the Havant site; planning the agenda, organising the presenters, booking meeting rooms, meals, hotels and hosting duties during the 3 days. • Manage product and training of talent at film shoots.• Working with the Development Chef, research, test and develop international recipes using Kenwood products to be used in books, apps, online and for demonstration. • Create and distribute a dedicated newsletter for trainers and demonstrators on a quarterly basis and assist with the organisation of the Training & Demo leadership meetings.• Working with the Trade Marketing Executive, produce the bi-annual Kenwood Product Catalogue.• Support Global Trade Marketing Team where necessary.
