• Working with one of the leading Migration Consulting Company and deal almost 70 clients everyday over phone. Responsibilities & Duties:• Assisting Migration Agents with preparation of Visa Applications.• Assist customers in lodging claims over the phone, providing updates to customers and keeping our customers informed of their claims and refunds progress.• Managing document control process and CRM system for all client/customer details.• Providing exceptional levels of customer service through the provision of reliable efficient service, proven communication skills etc• Accurate record keeping and delivery of all telephonic orders.• Making outbound calls to either "warm" or "hot" leads to assist them by answering questions in regards to visas they are interested in applying for.• Building a sales pipeline and achieving set targets and KPI's.• Presenting and writing sales proposals and quotations.
