My role involves conducting detailed risk analyses, providing individual counseling sessions for both informal and formal requests, and coaching employees to foster a supportive workplace environment. I also deliver workshops on resilience and stress management, respectful collaboration and communication, and the persons of trust training, ensuring organizations are equipped to handle psychosocial challenges effectively.
