• Launched Togo’s expansion into the Utah market. Directed all phases of operations including construction, establishing local vendor relationships, recruiting, hiring and training.
• Created 50-page Crew Member Handbook, including HR guidelines.
• Created customized Manager Log and Operational Checklists to enhance proficiency and profitability.
• Implemented new computerized Point of Sale system and developed the first operating user manual for this quick-casual restaurant.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

• Developed system training and policy procedures for the MICROS Point of Sale system, including a fully customized set of manuals specific to profile and brand that was subsequently adopted nation-wide.
• Launched new Profit Café consulting division for restaurants that helped with strategic business and marketing plan development, as well as performance and productivity standards, and organizational design (i.e..

Greater Salt Lake City Area

• Directed the opening of multiple new restaurants as part of multi-unit restaurant chain (14 stores).
• Developed and implemented chain-wide training system for all locations, including training manuals, operational standards and performance evaluation standards.
• Outsourced and implemented computerized Point of Sale system. Established a Point of Sale security system, technical procedures, and user training materials used at all restaurants.

Hawaiian Islands & Florida

• Initial team member for investment group to launch the Jamba Juice brand throughout Hawaii and Florida.
• Recruited and developed management teams consistent with company vision and operating standards.
• Successfully launched 13 Jamba Juice locations in new markets.
