A good 17 years of my career I spent on building an industrial manufacturing powerhouse in China and The Netherlands. As a founder I spearheaded the growth, commercial & finance sides of this organisation. By assembling talented teams, applying lean principles, and a relentless focus, we were able to significantly grow turnover (EURXXM) with a team of 80+.Since my exit in 2019, I render management & advisory services on business model innovation, commercial excellence strategies, financial modelling, supply chain management, and improving operational agility. Customers vary from investment funds, corporates, SME's and start-ups. They specifically seek entrepreneurial leadership and support in strategizing and operationalizing go-to-market strategies, end-to-end sales delivery cycles, financial management, and agility in their operating models.
