Effectively used escalation procedures as necessary. As Aloha POS Direct Support Team Lead I had to manage a team of technicians. Monitor their case count and send out assignment to team members. In Aloha POS Corporate Desk Level II Support role I had to assist our client's corporate helpdesk in a second level support capacity insuring the client that the issues were being resolved. Then do extensive data testing. Then writing RFC (Request for change) documents for development if needed for corrections on the software version. Trainer for new hire Technicians before and after taking support calls. Had to setup and troubleshoot networks for each of the client’s sites. Had to monitor Credit Card Processor Operations with Aloha EDC software for each of the client sites when issues came up. Ran conversions on translogs and had to spilt or merge translogs. Troubleshot Aloha Inventory Control Software and Menulink which is another Inventory Control software that was purchase by Radiant Systems a year ago.
