Involved in building a new customer extra-net portal, in order to self administer their accounts, view reports and place new orders. This also integrated to various carriers APIs to enable quoting of various connectivity products.Also involved in upgrading and migrating bespoke code to enable an upgrade to a new version of CRM dynamics.

As a designer and web developer for Griffin, I am employed as a key member in the marketing department. This requires the ability to be creative and action briefs to design materials for both Griffin and their Partners, covering mediums like print, email, online and video. Working with the head of marketing I have designed a rebrand of the corporate image giving it a more transparent feel, reflecting the white label ethos of the company. I have designed and developed one of the channels first multi carrier quoting systems, this automated the generation of quotes from suppliers. Innovative features allowed flexible customisation of quotes; an android application gives sales teams access while in the field. This evolved to an automated ordering platform; built as a workflow mapping the current processes and has increased the throughput of orders.• Designed and developed the automated multi carrier leased line tool, this has reduced quoting times from 10 minutes with a 24 hour SLA to sub 60 seconds per quote• Designed, developed and manage the website and Partner portal, this included custom CMS, document management, support notifications and an interface to the quoting tool• Designed and maintained marketing materials both print based and online, implemented Digital Asset Management enabling version control on documentation• Management and training of departmental software, includes ‘gotomeeting’ for webinars, ‘dotmailer’ for bulk mailing, ‘evolphin zoom’ as Digital Asset Management and ‘salesforce’ for lead and account management• System administrator for ‘salesforce’. Implemented and customised to specifications set out by the management.• Design monthly ecasts and quarterly Partner newsletters from briefs• Provide photography and create video content for events, design adverts and front covers which have been printed in publications of ‘Comms Business’ and ‘Comms Dealer’• Build and setup corporate exhibition stands, and attend events as required

This position required good technical knowledge of internet services and networking with excellent communication skills and telephone manner. I was involved in providing technical support for broadband and hosting products to Griffins’ Partners, as well as providing white label branded technical support to end users. Both calls and tickets had to be logged accurately and answered within SLA, we were also required to take ownership and resolution of customer faults within SLA.Key skills: diagnostics, problem solving, web-hosting, domain registration, dial-up access, dedicated servers, networking and sales support using internal tools and processes to provide a consistent experience.
