Bart Bonekamp is a Manager for Transdev/Connexxion, the largest public transport bus company in the Netherlands and candidate for Volt for the upcoming Provincial Elections in North-Holland. In 2005 he obtained a Masters degree in Econometrics at the VU University in Amsterdam, in which he specialized in Operations Research and continued developing with courses like Management Consulting Essentials and Lean Six Sigma. Prior to joining Connexxion, Bart worked for almost five years at Accenture as a Supply Chain consultant and team lead, mainly in the high-tech sector. Before that, he worked for six years as a Workforce Management consultant at Dehora in different branches ranging from government, health, aviation to public transport. Bart's professional interests focus on improving forecasting, planning and process optimization in different organizations and industries, whether it is in Supply Chain, Public Transport, Workforce Scheduling, etcetera.
