Managed Dept. with projects that included Land Development, Transportation, Parks, and Utilities with larger projects that included; a mixed use golf course development on 400 acres with offsite improvements, two to four lane transportation widening projects, technical design, contract negotiations, proposals agreements, sub-consultants, billing, planning, hiring, office administration, etc.

Responsible for annual Highway Capital Projects (usually $6-$12M). I managed the design including survey, pavement investigation, specifications and the bid process. I managed construction including inspectors, change orders, field changes, estimates and payments. Analyzed products and highway agencies throughout US which reduced maintenance costs and increased pavement life. Developed and implemented over fifty cost saving innovative ideas. Developed unique analytical approach to pavement restoration which alleviated many political issues. Managed contractors, consultants, and advised maintenance districts on various transportation projects and products.

Buffalo/Niagara, New York Area

Project Manager/Senior Engineer for projects in both the Highways and Land Development Departments including Interstate 90 Highway Improvements, Buffalo International Airport's landside improvements, and several major subdivisions and land development projects. Other responsibilities included supervising the design team, manpower utilization, budgets, scheduling, public hearings, and environmental assessments.
