I started my career in 1990 as a police officer within the Belgian Federal Police and obtained a large experience with the support and coordination of large scale (inter)national investigations in the field of fraud, money laundering, proceeds of crime, financing of terrorism and organized crime. In 2000 I switched from public to private sector and went to Ernst & Young to lead the new department Forensic Audit Services. This gave me the opportunity to enlarge my experience by providing large and medium sized companies and public sector organisations with appropriate advice and assistance in preventing, investigating and regulating fraudulent conduct. In 2003 I started up the independent forensic services provider i-Force. Since that period I started to develop a new field of expertise : integrity management / ethical compliance . Since 2008 I am also a member of the Board within the Institute of Forensic Auditors, the professional organisation of Forensic Auditors in Belgium.My specialisms are :  Fraud and money laundering risk management  Specialized training in relation to forensic investigations Project management of large scale (inter)national investigations Integrity management
