 Create and implement an Environmental Health & Safety program for a plant with a non-existing safety professional program. Develop and implement all compliance EHS policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA, ANSI, ACGIH, and NFPA standards for the facility. Establish Safety Committee and sub-committee culture for the site with actionable plans  Achieve a 56% improvement in recordables and a 67% improvement in lost time for a facility that employs over 750 employees. Improve the safety performance from a total recordable injury rate (TRIR) of 5.66 to 2.56 and lost time injury rate LTIR of 2.07 to 0.71 within a 2-year period.  Assist OSHA and address all outstanding compliance violations for the complete facility.  Create a global online system for tracking all injuries and near misses. Successfully roll out a global online system for tracking all chemicals for the company. Assist with the development of a global company compliance audit system, safety training program, and safety observation system. Apply P-O-L-C framework (Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling) techniques which resulted in an overall successful safety operational environment. Design a set of matrix for measuring all safety activities throughout the complete distribution center.

Each company manufactured different products i.e.,- Douglas/ England for 13 million- Weber /Germany for 7 million- TUG /US for 22 million Successfully created, aligned and integrated Textron company policies and procedures across all three companies. Oversaw and managed a $1.5M budget. Globally managed the Environmental Health Safety, Sustainability, Security, Janitorial, Risk Management and Workers Compensation Programs. Developed a new safety Global Communications Plan for the EHS Department by methods of P-O-L-C framework. Completely revised and implemented the EHS and Security Policies for the entire company in accordance with OSHA, ANSI, ACGIH, and NFPA standards. Developed new policies to accommodate a new product launch during the time of the acquisitions. Completed rewrite of all global EHS Training documentation to maintain compliance during integration. Assisted in the negotiations of all acquisition contracts to insure new purchase products were included in revamped contracts. Act as a legal EHS consultant during all contract expansion deals and acquisitions. Assigned as the Main Point of Contact (PoC) for all federal and government agencies around EHS to include OSHA, EPA, DOT, and FAA.

Assisted the Project Manager with all duties from beginning through completion of a construction project. Ensured drawings and documents comply with federal and state safety regulations including; LEEDS, LDOEQ, OSHA, NFPA, NEC Interfaced with Fire Marshall concerning building fire codes, UL ratings, sprinkler systems, etc.  Managed subcontractors and monitor daily construction progress of subcontracts and owners.  Ensured compliance with OSHA 1910 and 1926 regulations. Created, maintained and managed construction subcontractor contracts.
