With seven years of hands-on experience in finance, I’ve built a solid foundation in understanding business operations and managing risks. My journey started with five years at PwC Belgium as an auditor where I sharpened my analytical skills, conducted thorough audits for a variety of clients. I focused on accuracy, integrity and providing meaningful insights that helped both clients and team members improve their processes. Seeing team members grow during client-facing assignments has always been a highlight of my career. It sparked my passion for managing people and helping them reach their potential while staying true to themselves.After my time at PwC, I moved into loss adjusting, specializing in business interruption claims for the past two years. In this role I’ve tackled complex claims, delivered clear evaluations, and supported businesses during tough times. My auditing background has been a huge asset in accurately assessing losses, negotiating settlements, and advising on risk mitigation.These past experiences were paramount to identify the love for problem-solving and continuous learning. I identify myself as a generalist which results in the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges, bridge gaps between different areas of expertise and connect with a wide range of stakeholders.
