Responsible for daily contact with recruitment agencies (contractors). Close cooperation with EU Compensation & Benefits Department. Hired by the President of Enerpac EMEA&I to fulfil all open positions within the EMEA region. Main focus : Marketing, Sales, Engineering (HLT), Operations, Marcom, Supply Chain Management, HR, Continuous Improvement, Site Management and partly production (Technicians). Close cooperation with the hiring leaders in 4 regions and MT members in the EMEA region. Re-negotiating with existing and new recruitment agencies. Developing job descriptions per opening based on Actuant (US) regulations. Main goal of the role: reduce recruitment costs by streamlining procedures. Als voorzitter van het bestuur verantwoordelijk voor de belangenbehartiging van de eigenaren binnen de VvE Menko Watertoren. Organiseren en voorzitten van de ALV alsmede de communicatie naar eigenaren i.s.m. huidige beheerder van collectief commercieel vastgoed. Vaststellen jaarlijkse begroting. Contractbeheer inlenende partijen (o.a. tuin, schoonmaak, lift, banken, assuradeurs en energievoorziening). Opstellen MJOP. Beoordelen offertes en verstrekken opdrachten. Begeleiden onderhoudswerkzaamheden en zorg dragen voor de kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve uitvoering van besluiten. Alle thema's zijn sinds het ontstaan van de VvE (2007) gericht op duurzaamheid.
