Education Associate, Agriscience Education And Data Quality Lead
CurrentThe Education Associate, Agriscience Education and Data Quality Lead is responsible for utilizing an equity lens while serving as the state leader for the Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources career cluster, Architecture and Construction career cluster, and the Transportation, Distribution & Logistics career cluster. Additionally, this position is responsible for supporting teachers through workshops and professional development activities and students through leadership of the Delaware FFA career and technology student organization. This position also manages statewide CTE data systems, data input routines, reporting and automation, and the conducting of research and dissemination of findings. The position coordinates the application and distribution of federal pass-through and Innovation Grant funds associated with the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V) to secondary and postsecondary institutions. The Education Associate also ensures the validity and reliability of statewide CTE data for all programs of study and manages data routines necessary to support local education agencies in their efforts of providing high quality programs of study in an equitable manner. This position is additionally responsible for managing the state and local model program of study approval process.
