For me, the focus is always on people and acting with meaning and understanding.My core competencies include sales excellence, business development, business intelligence, international project management and customer engagement and commerce.As the current regional sales manager at Triflex, a leading provider of sealing and coating solutions, I am responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the regional sales strategy as well as the management and development of the sales team in Northern Germany.In my previous role as Sales Excellence Manager for Eastern Europe at DAW SE, a family business and one of the largest paint manufacturers in Europe, I led strategic projects to systematically professionalize sales structures and processes as well as sales-related departments in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness.I also served as global process sponsor for sales and service on the global ERP rollout of SAP S4 HANA. I was also head of CRM strategy and led the international rollout of a CRM system in 28 countries.I have leveraged my skills in sales analytics, customer engagement and sales, and international project management to ensure the successful implementation and rollout of these digital solutions.
