Design and certification of EASA approved aircraft modifications, including:• Design of custom parts using SolidEdge, such as antenna doublers, equipment brackets, adapters, etc.• Preparation of manufacturing and installation drawings, using SolidEdge.• Preparation of electrical wiring diagrams, using AutoCAD.• Preparation of cabin configuration drawings, such as emergency equipment layout, pax seat configuration, etc.• Preparation of technical documentation, such as service bulletins, engineering orders, and aircraft manual supplements.• Use of EASA certification documentation, such as CS25, TCDS, CS-MMEL, Part-CAT, etc.• Cooperation with Continued Airworthiness Management Organizations, Part 145 Maintenance Organizations, etc.• Cooperation with production organizations: Manufacturing of metallic parts, placards, restraining systems, etc.• Laboratory testing: CS-25 compliant fire and slipperiness tests of cabin materials.• Computed tomography system development for airport security.
