Program Manager, Senior Project Manager
CurrentProgram Manager accountable for a number of Programs: *) Responsible for reaching targets and KPIs for all projects running under dedicated Programs (baseline, internal and external SLAs, P&L management and control, billing control)*) Being the leader of all PMs / Solution Architects who are part of dedicated Programs*) Allocating PMs to initiatives/projects and monitor activities and efficiency. Being first SPOC for escalation topics coming from PMs; pro-actively managing tolerances at projects and programs levels.*) Managing projects priority, scope changes of managed Programs*) Being Single Point of Contact for Customer at program level (Client Facing Program Manager)Portfolio management. Managing internal (up and down) and external reporting; *) Controlling all aspects of projects under dedicated Programs umbrella (acting as key stakeholder, controlling changes, budgets and revenues, managing business case, managing communication, coaching and guiding project teams, allocating resources, etc.) *) Being pro-actively involved in new opportunities management, pre-sales activities, seeking for new possible deals.---------------working within Nokia and Alcatel Lucent accounts.Key words: large data center; ITO; PaaS; IaaS; virtualization; Cloud; migrations and transformations; management; team development; contract changes management; SAP; big, global projects; virtual, distributed teams; infrastructure; billing process modelling
