I support them at the early stage (when I help them verify their business idea, value proposition or MVPs) and at the acceleration and rapid growth stages (when they need to develop their leadership and building unique organizational culture skills).I believe I still have a growth & open-minded mindset, although I'm gray hair and closer to 50. But still feel like 30 :). I'm a lean startup promoter, who helps to experiment to verify if we can deliver a value before we start to build or implement. In my private time I love spending time with family and close to nature (+viticulure is my personal life-long marathon)
