Work driven professional who is always looking for a challenge. As a skilled, and certified Computer Technician, I am proficient in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting both Microsoft and Apple devices, their operating systems, and server variants alike. During my studies, among other things, I have gathered technical and practical knowledge about networking, server installation and administration. Presently, being employed as a Computer Technician, I specialize in (however not exclusively) the Apple ecosystem. I am responsible for dealing directly with the end user from start to finish. Investigating, diagnosing and resolving any issues they may have with their Computer, Laptop or Mobile Device, as well as helping them fully understand how to use their device. Day to day tasks might range from small software problems with Microsoft Office, damaged display on a phone, to cleaning and micro-soldering liquid damaged logic boards. Other daily responsibilities may also include opening and closing the business, money handling, stock checking, sending/receiving orders for stock or components. I am a person who strives at work the most during pressure, whether through time constraints or large work loads, as well as trying to stay productive during periods of downtime.I hold certificates from both Apple and Microsoft. Those include; MacOS Software integration, Networking, Security, Server Administration and Windows Operating Systems. I am always looking to gain more experience and knowledge, therefore I am willing to obtain additional certifications if required, or if the opportunity arises. My hobbies include mostly computer oriented activities, such as; creating and developing diagnostic and repair tools in order to help with tasks at work, occasional programming, and playing the latest video games. I am also very invested in creating and listening to a wide variety of music, with my small collection of high end electric guitars.
