Design for Industry is a self initiative project based on cooperation with manufacturers, companies, institutions, to creaet unique solutions and products for everyday use. Collaboratively working with others I try to create design that are newness, beautiful, longlasting, comfortable to use but also as an outcome design should guide to a sustainable growth that shapes and balances the relationship between economic growth, care of the environment and human health.

Design for Society - tutorTeam Work - International Design Practice - lectureI had the pleasure working with students at Design for Society course, as weel as to lecture about teamwork. I always declare my willingness to support and share my experience. I treat higher education as a platform for exchange experiences, views and places where different visions and ideas clash with each other. I find working with young designers truly inspiring.

Foster + Partners is a global studio for sustainable architecture and design, founded by Norman Foster in 1967. The industrial design team develops a wide range of products designed in response to a particular project, or working directly with clients on product commissions for commercial manufacture.At Foster + Partners industrial design team I had a great opportunity to learn a lot of new things.I was personally involved in the development of new furniture concept and products. Also had the opportunity to work with architects on exhibitions, residential spaces, puplic realms. We were focused on design through making approach from creating - building things such as sketchy physical models to more advance samples in our workshop.Role responsibilities include:Preparing and developing new design proposals for products and furniture based on a design brief / Creating presentations by means of hand sketches, technical drawings, graphics, CAD models / Building development and presentation models / Being a consultant to the architectural and interiors teams

I moved to London to join renowed PriestmanGoode, design consultancy that delivers exeptional solutions for a leading internetional companies. I had the opportunity to work on diverse range of projects- from high end consumer goods to public realms and transport interiors. I applied my industrial design training to rethink personal spaces for the transportation industry. All projects were focused on developing designs for implementation working collaboratively with engineering firms. All projects were focused on creating friendly User Experience.Role responsibilities include:Preparing and developing new design proposals for products / Develop designs with other designers from different background and area of expertise / Collaborate with CMF team and CGI team to define and develop the finishes / Ideation, sketching, CAD modeling, rendering, and design documentation / Develop and refine the design for implementation with partnering engineering firms / Prototype model making

Following a master degree in Industrial Design from Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, I colaborated with a local design agency Studio1:1. We provided design guidance for the leading manufacturers, brands and cultural agencies. During this period I’ve developed particular interest in Creating Products.Role responsibilities include:Generating solutions, developing concepts and design directions / Participation in the design process: research, through concept design and prototyping, all the way to manufacturing / Collaboratively working with the team and embrace the role of lead designer from time to time / Provide design guidance for investors, buissnes partners and specialist departments / Support design process with CAD modelling, rendering / Prototyping, modelling, ergonomic study
