About Bart Frabotta

Cutting edge thinking, passion for innovation and confidence to take calculated risks have defined my career in multiple industries (energy, alternative fuels, real estate, services, manufacturing and retail). My 25 years of experience working in a variety of roles, including information technology, operations, engineering and construction, supply chain, business strategy, finance and accounting across five continents gives a unique, global perspective to bring to every company, division or department I lead. To become and remain competitive, companies need to continually evaluate their business strategy and processes and make improvements accordingly – which is where I excel. To achieve success, I use a blend of strategy, experience, and creative thinking to help companies take their business to the next level. I actively seek out the biggest challenges in companies and guide them through difficult periods of transition and transformation. My experience in leadership roles at companies like Westfield and Clean Energy taught me how to transform workplace cultures, motivate work forces and navigate challenging dynamics through communication, transparency, servant leadership and a fact-based approach.
