Overall responsibility and oversight for infrastructure, cybersecurity and operational aspects of technology. Provides a leadership role and oversight IT Team including: managing day-to-day operational tasks, establishing performance standards, conducting goal setting for performance, coordinating training and providing employee development recommendations. Leads and implements technology related projects involving changes, conversions and upgrades. Development and maintaining a rolling 3-5 year technology roadmap for project/resource planning and annual budget forecasting.

Management role in overseeing processes, budgeting, and employee mentoring in the network administration department. Serves in a project management role that includes planning, oversight, project team organization, and post-project documentation. Served as a team leader on 3 bank acquisitions over the IT Infrastructure and item processing areas of the project. Included in senior level management decision making processes on new technologies for infrastructure and customer products. Provides management oversight on the Help Desk/Tech Support area and including providing Tier 1, 2 and 3 tech support.

Was a key member of the network administration team. Provided Tier 1, 2 and 3 help desk/tech support services to an employee base of 200+. Was a team member projects that brought in new technologies to our network infrastructure and enhanced products and offerings for our bank customers. Was a team member in a multi-bank merger that saw three Iowa bank charters collapsed into one.

Provided high level of IT support and consulting to the SMB market in the greater Quad City area. Managed several projects that included: helping new businesses establish their first network, maintain, support and upgrade network infrastructure for long term clients, provided emergency service for clients who were previously under served by their previous IT support company. Marketed and sold new company services to expand revenue streams and our customer base.

Served in an entry level data processing position. I provided daily data processing duties that were vital in the banks daily back office operations. I provided Tier 1 help desk/tech support for 150-200 employees. Participated in disaster recovery exercises. Trained new employees for the same position.
