As global Group ICT Shared Services Manager, I help Greenyard to transform the local ICT departments within the group into a more performant and efficient group wide organization. This set-up consists out of multiple Centers of Excellence with expert team members that work on a global scale, from their own geographical location.Within Greenyard, I'm responsible for all Group ICT projects, technology choices, standardizations and policies. At Brussels Airport, I was leading both the Service Desk and Digital Workplace teams. We serviced about 1.200 accounts, 1.000+ applications and more than 1.500 devices. We successfully completed the Windows 10 roll-out and introduced Modern Workplace Management.As global ICT representative, I was also highly involved in the team that designed and implemented the new Brussels Airport head office building (i.e. the Compass building), These iconing offices introduced the concept of "Activity Based Workplaces" (a multitude of different types of workplaces and flexdesks). The Brussels Airport employees started using the new building end of the Summer 2022.

Wolters Kluwer Global Business Services (GBS) delivers several services to the global Wolters Kluwer organization, including ICT services.As IT Client Executive for Belgium I was working closely together with the Belgian management to align IT with their business needs and to define the local ICT vision, strategy and budget, All this had to be aligned with the global Wolters Kluwer objectives.
