Primary liaison between DG and its clients, manage the day-to-day activities required to ensure successful fulfillment of all client needs and daily client satisfaction.Demonstrate and train clients on DG systems and applications either in person or over the web.Create and maintain client profiles and Standard Operating Procedure documents that instruct the team on how to handle an account; present this documentation both internally and to the client.Work with our order processing team and broadcast production team to interpret the requirements of client orders and complete all jobs to meet their instruction.“Start-of-day” and “end-of-day” duties to guarantee that orders are complete and deliveries are on time, and addressing delivery issues as needed.Handle billing, invoice and asset storage inquiries, and work with internal departments to respond to the client with a thorough and timely answer.Administrative responsibility for setting up accounts, completing Customer Service Improvement reports, supplying clients with cost estimates and report requests.Client advocate and subject matter expert. Work with Sales and Product Management to identify and recommend additional DG products and services for a specific client, or a segment of the market.
